Festival food is unusual at the best of times but check out what we stumbled across while up at Bluesfest.Not willing to fork out $13 for something that sounded pretty unpleasant we got a fee sample. It was OK. Imagine the texture of a chicken burrito with the flavor of chilli chocolate. Apparently its pretty popular in Mexican cooking and there are a heap of on the net for anyone who is game.
Some other food up at Byron we didn't even want to try....
